Pros-Graphics are great, sound is amazing, very healthy mix of BF2 and Call of Duty MW2, looks like there will be lots of weapon upgrades, different types of game play(only one mode in beta but looking forward to others) no jets for bob to rape us with
Cons-Will eat up a year old graphics card, expensive server, random crashes for some so far for some users, no jets for bob to rape people with
I haven't had any crash's yet. FPS hovering between 60-80 but I'm running SLI GTX275. My guess any card below a GTS 250 or a ATI 48XX is going to dip down below 30 on some occasions.
Haven't had a chance to get in the vehicles yet.
Over all I'm pleased and can wait to get a server up and running.

LOOKS GREAT!!! They have really fixed TONS in first few days. Typical beta, needs tweaking. Why cant they think of simple things like being able to sort servers by latency on their own? Add me as a friend in-game and maybe when the friends system works we can play together.
I have been playing it for the past couple of day, off and on. The graphics are awesome, the explosions are pretty cool. As per usual, I have been ground pounding. Using the "join friend" was an easy way to join the same team/squad.
At first I was more than a bit over whelmed. Rob and I got on to an empty server and just dicked around with the "toys" and stuff.
The kits are workable, though I don't like the way they scroll through with the mouse wheel. It will take some getting use to. I think I really like the sniper kit, Got 5 head shots in one round. Though I do feel that going prone would be very useful for this kit. lol Engineer kit has possibilities... the weapon is ok but I think the real gem is the repair tool, supposedly you can disable the other teams stuff, as well as fixing yours. And I believe that you can kill people with it too. Medic kit has my favorite gun, the pkm, need I say more. lol I haven't played the support kit very much so won't comment on it.
You can be hiding in a building, feeling pretty safe and secure and suddenly the wall beside you is gone. Drums, crates and various other debris are destroyable, Hit the oil pipes with tank fire and they make a big boom with a pretty light show also. Even the smaller gas storage containers will blow up.
The only map is Valdez, but not the Valdez that we have come to know from Midnight sun. There are lots of spots for snipers to hide out, on both sides. All the kits seem to be needed to balance the play. Ammo and first aid that is thrown down stays there until used.
It is buggy and glitchy, a fair amount of lag still but all in all still very playable.
I played for several hours one night and continued on after everyone left and by the end of the session I was hooked. My only complaint is that the playable area seemed small and although the game is more goal oriented then BF2 it's still free enough to satisfy your lone wolf cravings. On a graphical note i found that the game loaded quicker and ran smoother than Bf2 on my system. AMD dual core running @ 3.1, gtx260oc max core, 4 gigram, 13000 rpm hard drive, Xfi fatality pro sound card.
